An opportunity is available for licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide full-time, on-site support within K–12 schools across multiple locations in West Palm Beach, Florida. This contract role spans from ASAP through May 29, 2026, offering 35 hours per week (7 hours daily) in diverse educational settings serving general, ASD, Pre-K, and other specialized student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student needs within assigned schools.
- Manage caseloads varying by location, including regular education, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Pre-K, and other specialized programs.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school district policies.
- Participate in required credentialing and fingerprinting processes in accordance with Florida Department of Health and school district mandates.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License from the Department of Health.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with K–12 populations, including students with ASD and other developmental needs.
- Ability to work full-time on-site within West Palm Beach school locations.
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and background screening through Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
- Commitment to professional ethics and student confidentiality.
Assignment Details:
- Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY), ending May 29, 2026.
- Work Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Multiple school sites available; caseloads and student age groups vary by location.
- On-site presence required, with all credentialing and clearance processes to be completed prior to start.
