What You’ll Bring:
- Active SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience delivering school-based speech therapy services
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for helping school-aged children overcome communication challenges
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for referred students
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy in group and individual settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Track and document student therapy outcomes, preparing reports and maintaining compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
