Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in a school setting working with grades K–12 desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and administrators to support student success
- Engage with families, providing education and updates on student progress
- Document interventions, maintain compliance with IEP requirements, and participate in meetings as needed
