Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid SLP license for the state of Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will also be considered
- Experience working with students in grades K-12, including specialized strategies for varying age groups
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective individualized education plans
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ communication abilities and develop targeted intervention plans
- Deliver therapy services—both individual and small group—to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Work closely with educators, counselors, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and session documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for speech/language goals and supports
- Provide resources and strategies for teachers to integrate into classroom settings
