You’ll work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, within the established window of 7:15AM–4:00PM, from your start date as soon as possible through June 10, 2027.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP licensure in Pennsylvania
- Experience working in schools, especially at the high school level
- Strong background serving urban student populations
- Completion of all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to employment
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to adhere to a fixed schedule with no modifications
- Comfortable working onsite and within district expectations
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among high school students
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and student-centered planning
- Offer direct therapy, consultation, and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations
