Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required (will consider strong Clinical Fellows)
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- SLPA supervision is not required at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
- Carry a caseload aligned with position assignment (either 2 elementary schools or K-12, mostly elementary)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
