Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred (CFs considered)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations provides an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate progress records
- Offer guidance to classroom staff and families for carry-over of strategies
