Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active or eligible Pennsylvania SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CF candidates also considered
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
- Proven ability to design individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Create and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each child
- Keep detailed records, documentation, and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to maximize student success
