A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Waynesboro, PA. This contract role requires a Licensed SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to support student communication and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with children in a school environment, preferably K-12.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) throughout the school year.
