A school district in Waxhaw, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative special education team supporting students across a variety of communication needs.
The SLP will provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families. The position also includes maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines.
Candidates must hold an active North Carolina SLP license and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA CCCs are preferred, though Clinical Fellows will be considered. School-based experience is preferred but not required.
