Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and educational documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams, families, and other professionals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-age students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Consult with teachers, aides, and families to support students’ progress in both direct and indirect service models
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings regarding student development and program planning
- Balance service delivery between pull-out sessions and inclusion within the classroom
