Watertown, Massachusetts area - Speech Language Pathologist Job

Position Highlights:
Full-time, onsite assignment
Contract position for the full school year
K–12 caseload based on district needs and experience
Collaborative special education and student services team
Supportive administration and school staff
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
Massachusetts DESE certification strongly preferred
Previous school-based experience is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
