Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cambridge, MA

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Commitment to evidence-based, child-centered interventions
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for K-12 students with a range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records for all students served
- Collaborate with teachers, other educational professionals, and caregivers to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology and comply with all professional and ethical standards
