School Speech Language Pathologist - Waterford, Michigan

This position is open to both CCC-certified Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows, with mentorship for CFYs available to help support professional growth. Caseloads are elementary-aged, averaging between 40-50 students, and designed to be manageable to support effective, individualized intervention.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- CCC-SLP credential or application for CFY accepted (supervision available)
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Passion for working with elementary school-age children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Consult with educators and families to support individual student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, provide student progress updates
