Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain
- Experience providing speech and language services within a school environment preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
- Provide direct therapeutic services and interventions, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Document and monitor student progress; adjust plans as needed to meet goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and family consultations
- Provide resources and training to teachers and staff to support students’ communication in the classroom
