We're seeking skilled and compassionate professionals for two full-time contract positions serving elementary caseloads in a supportive, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates are prepared to provide onsite services across two school sites, working 35 hours per week.

What You'll Need:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- School-based speech-language pathology experience
- Active CT SLP license (having required licensure upfront is a plus)
- Strong background in working with elementary students
- Willingness to provide onsite services
- Availability to work 35 hours per week
- Flexibility to split time between two sites as needed
- Must successfully complete district fingerprinting and background process
- SLPAs are not eligible for these roles
- Comfortable with remote interview via Zoom
Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Travel between two assigned school sites as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
