Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Pennsylvania state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Passion for working with diverse learners, especially secondary and upper elementary students
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to students, focusing on individualized goals
- Conduct assessments and document progress in compliance with school requirements
- Communicate openly with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs as part of a multidisciplinary team
