Pediatric Speech Pathology - Naval Anacost Annex, DC

Compensation for this position ranges from $40–$55 an hour, based on your experience.
Ideal candidates have:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure and certification (CCC or CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with providing SLP services across all grade levels, especially PK-8th grade
- Comfort with technology—teletherapy experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Delivering therapy sessions onsite for children from Pre-K to 8th grade with diverse communication challenges
- Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to ensure a team-based approach
- Monitoring student progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting therapy strategies when necessary
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing your expertise to support each student’s educational goals
