Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech/language services to students, adjusting interventions based on individualized needs
- Evaluate and document speech, language, and communication disorders using formal assessment tools
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Track student progress and maintain thorough records in alignment with school and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Manage a varied caseload, ensuring all students receive timely and appropriate support
