A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for the 2026-2027 school year, providing in-person services to an elementary caseload in Montross, VA. This contract role offers a meaningful opportunity to support young students’ communication development and early academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Provide direct therapy services and classroom-based support as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with elementary-aged populations preferred

Location: Montross, VA

Compensation: $45 – $55/hour
