As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work with students in grades K–2, helping approximately 40 children—plus incoming evaluations—develop vital communication skills for academic and social success. Enjoy flexibility with part-time or full-time scheduling, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Collaborate within a supportive educational environment, working closely with teachers and families to make a meaningful difference in each student’s progress.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Michigan licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP certification, or current Clinical Fellow status
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy practices
- Familiarity with IEP planning, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with young children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility, organization, and a commitment to evidence-based practices

- Conduct evaluations and deliver direct therapy services for students aged 5–8
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student growth
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress tracking
