Each week, you’ll dedicate 37.5 hours to supporting young learners as they reach new milestones.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings and comfort supporting elementary-aged students
- Knowledge and familiarity with ASD/exceptional student education strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in the ASD resource room
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write IEP goals tailored to each child’s needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Document services and progress following district and state guidelines
- Partner with teachers, special educators, and families to optimize student outcomes
