This contract position is structured for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists holding their CCCs, eager to empower students within a collaborative and nurturing onsite setting. With the upcoming 2026–2027 school year, you’ll contribute your expertise among a dedicated team, working directly with a manageable caseload of 40–55 students in an ASD-focused program.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience, especially with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to fostering growth in school-aged children
  • Motivated to participate in an onsite work environment as remote options are not available

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse group of students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to ensure consistent support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input for developing student-specific goals
  • Help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
