This onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role offers the chance to work directly with a caseload of 40–55 students, making a meaningful impact on their communication and educational development.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required, including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience providing school-based SLP services, ideally serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal requirements
- Dedication to collaborative practice within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students per IEP recommendations
- Conduct assessments and provide written evaluation reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and family communications
- Implement evidence-based interventions, tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate session notes and documentation as required by district and state regulations
