Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working with students in school-based or ASD-specific settings is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with educators, staff, and caregivers
- Commitment to onsite service delivery throughout the full school year
- Exceptional organizational and caseload management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services for a caseload of 40-55 students, supporting a range of ASD-related communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver targeted therapies
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and data required for compliance
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insight for academic and behavioral planning
- Engage with parents and caregivers, ensuring consistent communication and updates
