Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP (CCC) credentials
- Experience working in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with educators and families
- Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability and comfort with onsite and/or virtual (voco) service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s academic and social growth
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students within the school community
