Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Texas licensure or eligibility
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with AAC devices
- Understanding of IEPs
- Prior school-based experience or pediatric focus an advantage
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Partner with caregivers, school teams, and interdisciplinary colleagues (PTs, OTs, SLPAs)
- Track progress and maintain thorough documentation
