Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Proficiency with AAC devices
- Understanding of IEP processes
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Create and deliver individualized therapy treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, SLPAs, PTs, and OTs
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed clinical records
- Utilize best practices in both onsite and (where needed) teletherapy settings
