Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Waldorf, Maryland

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP or SLPA license
- Experience with pediatric and/or school populations preferred
- Willingness to provide services to students of varied ages and abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary and/or secondary students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with classroom staff to integrate therapy goals into educational plans
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team conferences as needed
- Support students across a range of communication needs, adapting strategies as appropriate
- Guide and mentor, if applicable, as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
