School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Villa Park, IL
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a K–12 school-based opportunity in the Villa Park, IL area. This is a W-2 position offering full benefits, 401(k) matching, licensure reimbursement, and dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment.
We work closely with clinicians to match them with placements that fit their preferences, including:
K–12 age groups
Classroom and caseload preferences
Preferred school settings and locations
In this role, you'll provide speech and language evaluations and therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and help students achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain
Illinois PEL (or ability to obtain)
School-based experience preferred
IEP experience preferred
CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply if applicable)

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
