Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior K-12 school-based experience preferred, but motivated CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain meticulous documentation and progress tracking
- Engage in district and school meetings as needed
