What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working with children from TK through 8th grade
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement therapy tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to fostering positive learning environments and supporting diverse learners
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student progress
- Provide direct therapy services and conduct group or individual sessions onsite
- Maintain thorough, compliant records and participate in IEP meetings
