Desired Qualifications:

- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development activities
