Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Vail, AZ

Key Qualifications:
- Current credentials as an SLP with CCC or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to be on-site daily for direct student services
- Adaptable and open to feedback within a team-driven environment
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and other support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, determine eligibility, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy for a diverse range of students
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support students’ communication needs in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions, sharing professional input and insights
