Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure and credentials to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience working within a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs and experience participating in their development and implementation
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to in-person service delivery across multiple school sites
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 50-55 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions to meet students’ unique speech and language needs
- Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation, ensuring compliance and individualized support
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student progress
- Partner with onsite SLPs for ongoing support and professional development
- Travel between assigned school sites to provide hands-on services
