Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or candidates completing SLP-CF
- Experience in a school setting highly valued—open to all grade levels
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Committed to in-person practice (teletherapy is not an option for this role)
- Passion for empowering students to reach their communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseload of students
- Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports and IEP documentation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with classroom staff, special educators, and families
- Keep up-to-date records and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based intervention teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
