Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP certification required
- Pennsylvania state licensure and ability to complete all required PA clearances
- Prior school-based experience, specifically with middle and high school populations
- Proven ability to successfully serve students in an urban setting
- Reliable transportation for daily onsite attendance—remote work is not available for this assignment
- Comfortable committing to a schedule within 7:15AM-4:00PM without flexibility for alternate hours
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in diverse district settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention onsite within assigned middle and high school caseloads
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Document and track progress in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in meetings, team consultations, and professional development as required
