Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and documentation for assigned caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
- Offer educational guidance and support to staff and family members regarding speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
