Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Arizona Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Current IVP Fingerprint card
- Open to ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders and strong Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Comfortable working with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs across K–12 grade levels
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences
- Offer guidance and strategies to classroom teams to optimize student success
