What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid license to practice as an SLP in New York
- SLP-CCC or qualifying for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, but recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Commitment to serving elementary-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to elementary students
- Perform assessments, develop IEPs, and document student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Provide interventions individually and in small groups
- Advise classroom teachers on accommodation strategies
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student advancement
