Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Credentialed as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- State licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in school settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique strengths and needs
- Deliver direct therapy individually or in small groups
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based support teams
