Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Recent experience in a school-based setting or pediatric caseload preferred
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans in line with students’ IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
- Track progress and maintain accurate, timely case records for compliance and reporting
- Consult with educational staff and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development as needed
