Step into a rewarding contract position supporting elementary students’ communication growth for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time opportunity spans from August 12 to May 28, making a tangible difference in the lives of young learners in grades 1-4. With a caseload of 80-100 students, your expertise in speech-language pathology will help students thrive both academically and socially.

Whether you are an SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence or an experienced SLPA, your skills are needed to provide direct services, support IEP implementation, and collaborate with dedicated educators and families.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active SLP-CCC or SLPA licensure required
  • Previous experience in schools or with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to individual student needs
  • Enthusiasm for fostering positive student relationships and outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in grades 1-4, addressing a range of communication and language disorders
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document progress toward individualized goals
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall student support team
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language needs
