Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience within a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy to students according to IEP mandates
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports
