You’ll work onsite, managing a caseload of around 60 students, occasionally traveling between up to two schools. This position values flexibility and welcomes both Clinical Fellows and CCC-SLPs, with leadership potential for those holding their CCCs through supervision.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Texas SLP license required
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Clinical Fellowship applicants encouraged; CCC-SLPs highly desired
- Eagerness to work with elementary-age students
- Comfort with providing supervision if holding CCCs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, parents, and educational staff to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise Clinical Fellows when applicable
- Maintain accurate records and participate in required meetings
- Travel between two schools as needed
