Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, valid SLP licensure required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Adept at delivering therapy services and supporting IEP goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff in a diverse K–12 setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, adapting approaches to individual needs
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech/language and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports consistent with school and licensure requirements
- Contribute to a positive, engaging, and inclusive educational environment
