Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Pediatric experience preferred; school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy interventions
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize learning outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development sessions
