Position Overview
North Central Ohio ESC is seeking two dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services to elementary school students in the Mansfield City area. These are full-time positions serving an elementary caseload at a single school location, offering a consistent daily schedule and collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in IEP meetings and other student support meetings as required.

37.5 hours per week
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Ohio Department of Education credentials (if required).
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered depending on district requirements.
