Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and parent collaboration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments in accordance with school protocols
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication challenges
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate students’ growth and achieve IEP goals
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide both direct intervention and consultation services, as appropriate
