Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active, valid Michigan SLP license (required)
- SLPAs and virtual/remote-only (VOCO) are not considered for these positions
- Experience in early childhood speech-language services is highly valued
- Skillful with IEP/IFSP development, progress monitoring, and family collaboration
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities for teaming with staff and supporting students
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to early childhood students
- Complete speech/language evaluations as needed
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs/IFSPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families for student success
- Maintain detailed and compliant therapy notes and progress reports
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
