School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Berrien Springs, Michigan

Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP credential in Michigan is required
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to address a broad range of needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services per IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments, write comprehensive reports, and contribute to student goal-setting
- Collaborate with teaching teams to develop and monitor intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Provide support for students with varying levels of need and disability categories
This contracted position offers a full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain stability while making a meaningful difference. The assignment is available for immediate start and continues through June 5, 2026. Pay is offered at $50-60 per hour, depending on your experience and fit for the role.
